Tahlia is kicking goals as a health and fitness ambassador, empowering women through her Soulshine Workshops and has a glowing energy that is as lovely as her name. Tahlia Pretty teaches women how to love their bodies on a daily basis, to enhance their quality of life. She’s a mixture of fitness, food and mindfulness and the winner of the Fitness Australia Active Achiever.

Specialising in functional fitness, Tahlia teaches people how to move their bodies in the way it was designed to move so they are strong, fit, flexible and can live a long happy life. This is aligned with her “Mind, Body, Love” philosophy, to spread awareness in understanding how to love yourself through the process of change or often enough the change you desire will not occur.

When not in the personal training studio or planning her next Soul Shine Workshop, Tahlia is teaching among Adelaide schools or presenting as a guest speaker, inspiring young adolescence how to live a healthier lifestyle while on the road to achieve their educational goals.

The Soul Shine Workshops are about learning to shine from the inside out so that you can be the amazing woman you were born to be and teach all those around you to do the same. It is about celebrating the divine, unique, individual woman you are – leaving your ego at the door and returning to a heart-based consciousness.
