Joshua Tree is one of Australia’s leading accredited exercise physiologists, exercise and sports scientist, and men’s health professionals with Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Over the past 16 years, he has worked as a performance expert with elite sporting organisations such as Wests Tigers, GWS Giants, and ARU. As workplace health consultant with organisations such as Team Nokia, BHP, Cement Australia, Australia Army PTI’s, and Border Force Australia. Accredited Exercise Physiology specialist within private hospitals, medical centres and private clinical practices within NSW.
In 2013 he elected to represent Exercise Sports Science Australia as a New South Wales Chapter Board Member and community engagement officer. Since then, Josh has been an ambassador Real Men Move Campaign, Exercise Right, and Buzvil. Media appearances on 2GB, i98FM, Better Homes and Gardens, various Fairfax publications, and Move Magazine. He is a contributor to various publications and platforms such as Exercise Right and Prevention Magazine and is a featured presenter at the Fitness Show Sydney. Josh has worked with and supported several charitable organisations such as Children’s Hospital Westmead, The Kids’ Cancer Project, Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, Black Dog Institute, Beyond Blue, Top Blokes Foundation, Movember Foundation, and the Leukaemia Foundation.
Joshua is the founder and director of an allied health company ‘Southern Health Management’ and a health promotion and event management company ‘The Health Entourage’, Creator of the online health program ‘The Blokes Challenge’, and Founder of two community men’s health initiatives It’s a Blokes Lunch and Blokes Health Australia.
