On Valentine’s Day weekend, Sunday 17 February 2019, put the hilarity in charity with hundreds of other Cupid’s runners taking to the streets in celebration of their fundraising for the Children’s Tumour Foundation.

Pre-Registration 8:30am at SALT HOUSE
Walk to Eastern Event Lawn (grassed area across from Pier Bar) at 9:40am.
Warm-up at 9:45am
1.5km run/walk at 10am from Eastern Event Lawn to Cairns RSL and back.
Return to Salt House post Warm-down at 10:55am.
After party at Salt House11am-1pm.

You will have the opportunity to use the children’s entertainer, Nikki The Clown, to have your faces painted at Salt House from 8:30am-10am. We will also have merchandise available to purchase and raffle tickets.

At the After Party at Salt House you can enjoy our live band, eat canapés and purchase discounted drinks, purchase raffle tickets, play games and prizes will be drawn for lucky door, best dressed, winners of raffle and highest fundraiser for Cairns.

We will have a photographer and videographer on the day so make sure you smile and shine bright like a diamond for an amazing event and cause ❤️🐧

The Run

The 1.5km run/walk will start at 10am at the Pirate Ship, Northern end of the Cairns Esplanade.

The event kicks off from 9am with pre-registration at the Pirate Ship. A warm-up routine will start at 9:45am.

Post Run Celebrations

Participants will make there way to Salt House after the run/walk for post run celebrations. You will have the opportunity to use the children’s entertainer to have faces painted and balloons made, purchase raffle tickets, enjoy canapés and discounted drinks, play adult and children games and prizes will be drawn for best dressed, winners of raffle and highest fundraiser for Cairns.
